        This beautiful RV 7-A was built by a NASA Aero Space engineer as his third
        experiential

        project and was First flown on 1/24/2005. It was built from a quick-built kit
        and has always been hangared.

        300 HR total time on air frame and engine.

        The engine is a 200 hP LYC IO 360 A1A overhaul by Aero Engine of
        Winchester, Va. At last condition inspection the compression was 79/80 on
        all cylinders.

        300HR on Hartzeli constant speed prop overhaul with new hub by East
        Coast Prop Shop of Lititz, PA.

        AUTIO PILOT
        Trutrak digiflight llVSG coupled to the GPS, alt hold with climb and
        descend on vertical speed
